RSS is a non-profit umbrella organization that unites all sports clubs of the City of Rijeka. The goal is to contribute to development and promoting sports, encouraging top creativity and creating conditions for achieving top sports, sports development activities for children and young people, sports and recreational activities citizens and persons with disabilities. RSS also promotes educational functions of sports, fair play, understanding, tolerance and responsibility through sports and outreach Olympic ideals and the strengthening of the Olympic movement.
